Rotor turnstile RTD is a three-winged electromechanical pedestrian gate intended for access control. Passageway width is 755 mm. The turnstile is made of powder coated aluminum frames, providing the turnstile with high corrosion resistance and longevity of design even under intense and prolonged conditions.
The turnstile is bidirectional, allowing passage in either direction, both directions, or no direction, depending on operating mode. Either single or multiple passages may be allowed in any directional combination. Red and green LED lights indicate allowed passageway.
Whenever extra verification is required, the turnstile may be operated in locked-chamber mode, where the turnstile locks halfway through passage and is fully unlocked after confirming identity using camera or other mechanisms. The turnstile may be automatically unlocked in case of emergency, and may also be controlled remotely.
The turnstile is equipped with timer controlled walkway downlights. An optional protective canopy may be included for extra protection aganst precipitation and to prevent unauthorised access.

| The turnstile is delivered with a control cabinet in stainless steel, mounted on the concrete foundation. The control cabinet contains ABAS Protect’s X1 punchblock, providing for an elegant and simple interface to electrical and other systems. |
