ProGate Bas sliding gate

ProGate Base is a cantilever single or double wing sliding gate with clear opening 4–8 meters per wing. The framework spans from 6,515 to 11,515 mm and is based on profiles.

The gate ledger, a 95×85 mm C profile, represents in combination with the framework the foundation of the gate. The gate has a gate stand and double back fences made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles.

Safety

Stop buttons for safety are placed at the interior and exterior of the gate. Safety edge strips on the gate front edge and backside of the gate frame are active at closing, strips on the front of the gate stand and the backside of the gate frame are active when opening.

The gate also has overload protection to protect the gate and engine when closing and opening, as well as motor protection in case gate operation is unusually heavy. Limited run time protects the engine from wear in case of malfunction.

Photocells reverse gate operation when closing the gate if cells are activated, and the gate opens fully. The gate can not be closed if the photocells are blocked. Vehicle loop detection can optionally be installed on the gate.

ProGate Base is factory installed and is mounted on a pre-cast concrete foundation. CE certification of the gate is carried out by ABAS Protect AB.
