Q: I can't add products to the cart.
A: Your browser is probably outdated. We recommend the latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Older browsers cannot correctly handle åäö and other special characters in domain names, and are generally also more insecure.
Q: I got a package, but there is stuff missing.
A: The items have most likely been delivered in parts that did not arrive together. This is how transportation companies work. Just wait for the additional parts.
Q: Can I pay by cash on delivery?
A: We have at present no such option, since large parts of our product range do not fit with the limitations of the postal service. If you do not want to pay by card, you can always choose private invoice.
