Terms of sale
Prices, where applicable, are listed including VAT, in Swedish kronor (SEK). Prices are valid until further notice, except for time bound promotional offers. Our liability for errors in pricing and other information is strictly limited. For obvious mispricing, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase.
Products displayed may be out of stock or discontinued. We also reserve the right to make changes in the product range. If out of stock, an equivalent substitute for a product may, where appropriate, be delivered.
Product warranty is valid for 2 years unless otherwise indicated. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, but not damage from normal wear and tear. The warranty also does not apply if the product has not been used in accordance with instructions. In case of dispute, we follow the decisions of the National board for consumer disputes (ARN). Stängselshoppen respects the Door-to door sales act.
Payment is made in cash by credit card or by invoice (Swedish residents). Payment is carried out through recognized payment service providers (see below) and includes safe handling of your money. Stängselshoppen operates in accordance with the Personal data act to ensure your personal integrity.
In case of delivery error or transport damage, Stängselshoppen shall cover all costs for transportation. For cancellation of purchase, the customer will cover transportation of returned goods. We offer no cancellation policy for custom tailored goods.
The customer must inspect the goods at delivery. The customer should not sign the delivery if the goods are damaged. If the delivery is signed and the customer later finds damages on the goods, the goods must be returned within 7 working days to Stängselshoppen, otherwise the customer will forfeit the right of compensation.
We ship our goods with DHL, Posten, Schenker and other delivery companies, according to most favorable conditions. In Sweden, goods are normally delivered within 3-14 work days, depending on transportation distance and other factors. Some goods may not always be in stock, and may therefore have longer delivery time. Due to season based shifts in demand for certain products, we can never give absolute guarantees for delivery time.
The customer needs to be available to the transportation company when the goods are delivered. Otherwise the transportation company will charge the customer for additional costs for return transport and new delivery.
For uncollected and returned goods actual cost of shipping will be charged. The customer ensures that address and other contact information is correct.
If the customer chooses to pick up the order at our facilities in Ambjörnarp, the customer needs to inspect the goods at pickup and is responsible for all handling thereafter.
In accordance with Personuppgiftslagen (Personal data act), EU General data protection regulation (GDPR) and Lagen om eletronisk kommunication (Electronic communications act), Stängselshoppen / ABAS Protect stores in database and local business management systems such and only such information that is vital to carry out our obligation to customers, that is to deliver ordered merchandise. Data of importance are name, address, personal identification number, telephone number, e-mail address and similar vital information. Stängselshoppen does not store credt card data, since payment is carried out by external supplier.
Customers can always see what data is registered, simply by logging in to the account. Customers can at any time demand to have their data removed from the database, that is, seize to exist as a customer. For book keeping reasons, such data will remain in external systems.
News letters and similar are never sent to customers without explicit consent. Personal data is by necessity transmitted to third party in conjunction with payment, but not for other purposes. Personal data is handled through strongly encrypted channels, and will not be available to third parties.
Payson Card, Bank, Invoice, Plan
Credit card payment is secured through Payson. Even if you do not have a Payson account, you can quickly do transactions through Payson. Payson cooperates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks offering direct payments,such as Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea.
Payson maintains high security and is PCI certified by Trustwave, an international organization for secure e-commerce. All traffic is encrypted by TLS 128 bit communication, and all card transactions are based on 3-D Secure technology.
