We ship our goods with DHL, Posten, Schenker and other delivery companies, according to most favorable conditions. In Sweden, goods are normally delivered within 1-7 work days, depending on transportation distance and other factors. Some goods may not always be in stock, and may therefore have longer delivery time. Due to season based shifts in demand for certain products, we can never give absolute guarantees for delivery time. During the July industrial vacation deliver may be delayed due to external partners closing facilities for galvanizing, powder coating etc.
The customer needs to be available to the transportation company when the goods are delivered. Otherwise the transportation company will charge the customer for additional costs for return transport and new delivery. Smaller goods is normally freighted to a service point, while larger goods will be trasnported to the designated street address. Customer ensures that applicable help for off-loading is available.
No goods will be delivered during the Yule and New year’s eve weeks.
For domestic transportation within Sweden, transportation is normally charged by weight in accordance with the following scheme:
- 0-20 kg: 125 SEK
- 20-35 kg: 250 SEK
- 35-60 kg: 395 SEK
- 60-100 kg: 495 SEK
- 100-200 kg: 625 SEK
- 200-400 kg: 995 SEK
- 400-600 kg: 1245 SEK
- 600- kg: 1495 SEK
For delivery within the rest of the Nordic countries, the following tarif is applied:
- 0-20 kg: 695 SEK
- 20-35 kg: 995 SEK
- 35-60 kg: 1495 SEK
- 60-100 kg: 1995 SEK
- 100-200 kg: 2495 SEK
- 200-400 kg: 2995 SEK
- 400-600 kg: 3995 SEK
- 600- kg: 4995 SEK
For remote and inaccessible areas we reserve the right to reject any purchase. For purchases in other EU member states, please call to inquire.
An extra freight surcharge may apply for long (2 m and above) and bulky items. It is added to the price given. Such goods may also only be available in a certain minimum quantity in order to ship the product within the rates given by freight companies.
Goods may also be picked up at our facilities in Ambjörnarp, avoiding any freight costs.
Damaged goods and returns
In case of delivery error or transport damage, Stängselshoppen shall cover all costs for transportation. For cancellation of purchase, the customer will cover transportation of returned goods. We offer no cancellation policy for custom tailored goods.
The customer must inspect the goods at delivery. The customer should not sign the delivery if the goods are damaged. If the delivery is signed and the customer later finds damages on the goods, the goods must be returned within 7 working days to Stängselshoppen, otherwise the customer will forfeit the right of compensation.
For uncollected goods there will be a surcharge corresponding to actual freight and return costs.The charge will be deducted using the original payment method.
