Prices, where applicable, are listed both excluding VAT and including VAT, in Swedish kronor (SEK). Unless otherwise stated, price is excluding VAT.
Note! Prices for gates, posts and struts include necessary mounting components, unless otherwise stated.
- Terms of delivery: According to agreement (ABAS16).
- Payment terms: According to agreement, and after credit check.
- Interest: Late payments will be charged at base rate + 8%.
When ordering custom-tailored items, we reserve the right to charge 30% of order value.
Warranty: ABAS Protect’s product warranty is valid in accordance with ABAS16 provided that:
- the product has been used normally
- the product is installed according to ABAS Protect’s instructions
- no retrofitting has occurred, such as motor drives, larger signs, etc. without the consultation of ABAS Protect AB
- motor gates are serviced at least once a year
- gates are serviced more than 1 time per year if the gate is making over 5000 openings
- motor gates have made less than 65,000 openings during the warranty period.
The warranty does not apply for external causes such as physical wear, collisions and consequential damages.
In the event of cancellation or modification of goods, the following applies:
- If order is ready for delivery, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of internal management.
- Coated special products will be charged:
Production planned: 25% of the order value
After manufacturing, not surface treated: 50% of the order value
After galvanizing: 75% of the order value
After painting: 100% of the order value - Hot-dip galvanized special products will be charged:
Production planned: 33% of the order value
After manufacturing, not surface treated: 66% of the order value
After galvanizing: 100% of the order value
Other terms
- Billing on standard material is made at delivery. If delivery time is extended at customer’s request, billing is made as with planned delivery.
- Paint beyond standard color is charged with a set net cost SEK 1030 + possible color supplement.
- Claims/return of material is credited at most 80% of the price charged, if we are not at fault.
- Shipping costs excluded. Otherwise according to ABAS16.
ABAS Protect applies, where applicable, the following provisions for delivery and installation:
- NLS 10: General terms of delivery for delivery of standard goods
- NLM 10: General terms for delivery (with installation) of machines and other mechanical, electric and electronic equipment
- NL 09: General terms of delivery for delivery of machines and other mechanical, electric and electronic equipment
We reserve the right to change the terms, specifications and base prices without notice.
