Our approach to meeting these requirements is to control all processes in the chain from idea to product, delivery and installation. To achieve overall good quality, ABAS Protect focuses on quality in minute detail. To this end, we develop and manufacture most of our products in-house, controlling the entire manufacturing process from raw material to end product. Whenever parts are purchased, we demand superb quality from any subcontractor, and we regularly visit production facilities to inspect the merchandise first-hand.
To us, it is self-evident that suppliers must meet standards, norms and laws governing our market. No chain is stronger than its weakest link. In order to obtain high quality and flexibility, we have our own construction and development in both mechanics and electrical engineering. This also enables us to cost-effectively provide our clients with custom tailored products. In our prototype workshop we are able to test and evaluate new products and solutions, which are then manufactured in-house, resulting in short lead times and high delivery precision.
As part of our quality assurance, we offer comprehensive service and support operations. One can be confident in investing in products from ABAS Protect, since we always offer advice on products at our service department. Extended warranties and more advanced service agreements are offered as a separate support service.
