ABAS Protect has its production and service facilities at Ambjörnarp in the western parts of Sweden. Fence posts and gate parts are cut and grooved from raw material, mainly profiles and steal beams. Cut semi-manufactured parts pass through the drilling section, and are then welded to ready-made construction parts at the welding section. Finally, surface treatment is applied to all parts, usually hot-dip galvanizing and optionally coating. There are four parallell production lines for the production of fence mesh.
Electrical equipment and electrical cabinets are built in the electrical workshop. We build electrical and control systems, which together with stand and gate leaves form a complete unit. In the final stages, the surface treated gate parts are assembled to complete constructions. At this time, all electrical and electronic systems are also integrated onto the gates. Finally, the gates are tested and CE marked before delivery to client.
